Isabelle R. Wilson

Isabelle R. Wilson, 90 of Wolverine, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2020 at McLaren Northern Michigan in Petoskey. Born in Wolverine on June 19, 1930, she was the daughter of Orville and Eva (Sackrider) Woods.

She is survived by her sons, Jerome “Jerry” (Dawn) Wilson and David Wilson all of Wolverine; 2 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a sister, Audrey Nelson; her brothers, David and Ronald Woods.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lawrence G. Wilson Sr; her son, Lawrence G. Wilson Jr; a sister, Beatrice Finley; and her brothers, Gerald and Donnie Woods.

Visitation will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at the Wolverine Free Methodist Church. Funeral services will take place 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at the Wolverine Free Methodist Church where the family will visit with friends from 10:00 AM until the time of services. Pastor Steve Evoy will officiate. Burial will follow at Silverlake Cemetery in Wolverine. Those who wish are asked to consider memorial contributions to the church.
