Carolyn Ann Dingee

Carolyn A. Dingee, 84 of Gaylord, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2026, at home, with her husband and children by her side.

Carolyn devoted her life to her family and her home. A loving homemaker, she found her greatest joy in raising her three special children and creating a home filled with love. She was an incredible wife and mother, and later, a proud and devoted grandmother. For Carolyn, there was simply no place she would rather be than surrounded by the people she loved most.

In her quieter moments, Carolyn enjoyed working on crossword puzzles and listening to the police scanner-so she always seemed to know what was going on before everyone else did! Above all, she treasured time spent with her family, and the love she poured into them throughout her life will remain a lasting part of her legacy.

She is survived by her husband, George; her three children, Daniel Dingee, Tina Dingee, and Michael (Sherry) Dingee; grandchildren, DJ (Raimi), Brandy (Tyler), Kristina (Scott), Kevan, Jacob, Michael, James and Kevin (Jerry); great-grandchildren, Kameron, Kai, Rylen, Kylo, Kylie, Kaia and Aspyn.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Dorer; and her two brothers.

The family will remember her privately.
