Cheryl Lee Borowiak

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Cherie, a truly one-of-a-kind woman with a big heart-and plenty of spirit.

She was strong-willed, quick-witted, and never afraid to speak her mind. Her personality could light up a room, and her spirit was impossible to forget. She loved family and friends and always kept life interesting.

She had a special love for pigs and flowers, and one of her favorite simple pleasures in life was sitting outside in the sunshine. These things captured so much of who she was: spirited, independent, and completely herself.

Cherie leaves behind those who loved her dearly, while reuniting in peace with beloved family members who passed before her.

She is survived by her mother, Patricia Borowiak; her sister, Laurie Schleicher; brother-in-law, Jim Schleicher; nephews Zachary and Nicholas Schleicher; aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her Grandfather, Leo Forman; Grandmother, Sarah Forman; father Chet Borowiak and dog Toby.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and remembered with smiles, laughter, and countless stories.

May the sunshine she loved, the flowers she cherished, the pigs that brought her joy, and the love she gave remind us of her always.
