David D. Major

David Donat Major, 81 of Wolverine, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Grayling Nursing and Rehabilitation in Grayling.

Born in Detroit, Michigan on August 10, 1941, he was the son of Donat and Maxine (Wilmont) Major.

An accomplished wildlife artist, his beautiful work will be remembered and cherished by many.

Surviving are his children, Michael (Kathryn) Major, Merry (Mitch) Major-Brown, Mathew Major, and Melissa (Walter) Ward; his grandchildren; and brothers, Emil and Richard.

A memorial service will be held at 12:30 PM Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service where visitation will begin at 11:00 AM.
