Ginger J. Daggett

Ginger Jean Daggett, of Gaylord, passed away at her residence on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at the age of 82.

Ginger is survived by her son, Anthony and his wife Melissa; grandson Jacob, and brother Jerry Laney and his wife Michelle. She was preceded in death by her parents Willis and Eva (Fritz) Laney. Ginger graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in education.

She taught lower elementary school in many districts, spending most of her time at Byron Area Schools and Gaylord Community Schools where she retired from. She enjoyed gardening, feeding the birds, and in recent years spending the winters in Jensen Beach, Florida.

A reception for family and friends will be held at her home on Wednesday June 12, 2024, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM.
