Kathleen A. Brentlinger, a vibrant soul known for her sparkling personality and zest for life, passed away on September 5, 2025, in Vanderbilt, Michigan, at the age of 59. Born on August 5, 1966, in Mansfield, Ohio, Kathleen brought joy and warmth to everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.

With her infectious spirit, Kathleen was a social butterfly, effortlessly making friends and creating cherished memories wherever she went. Her love for spontaneous euchre games, often gathering them for evenings filled with laughter, good-natured competition, and camaraderie. Kathleen believed in the power of connection; whether it was sharing a drink or simply relishing each other's company, she embraced every moment with open arms and an open heart.

Her proudest accomplishments were deeply rooted in her devotion to family. Kathleen spent over 36 years devoted to her husband, children, and grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She poured her love into nurturing their dreams, celebrating their successes, and providing comfort during difficult times. Kathleen’s legacy is one of unwavering love and support, leaving an indelible impact on those she held dear.

As her family navigates the profound loss of such a remarkable woman, they take solace in the memories they created together—memories filled with laughter, love, and the joy of simply being together. Kathleen’s spirit will live on in the lives she touched, her laughter echoing in the hearts of her loved ones.

She is survived by the love of her life, Adam, of 36 years; her daughter, Monique Brentlinger (Austin Tanner); her son, Wyatt Brentlinger (Taryn Millhisler); beautiful granddaughter, Bailey Rae Tanner; and soon to arrive, grandson, Weston Levi Brentlinger; brothers, Robert Taylor, Richard (Jane Baldner) Taylor; as well as several nieces, nephews and countless friends from all the places she has lived over the years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Janet (Applin) Taylor.

Celebration of Life gathering details will take place in Vanderbilt, MI and in Loudonville, Ohio; details soon to follow.
