Kaye L. Welch

Kaye L. Welch, 91 of Frederic, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2024, at home. Born October 24, 1932, in Kalkaska, the daughter of Lester and Eva (Haskin) Kimball. 

On September 20, 1958, Kaye married the love of her life, Dean, creating a wonderful life together. Kaye loved to read, scrapbook, cook and bake. She took great pride in her property of 40 acres. She enjoyed her special pets. She was a kind, compassionate and beautiful lady. She was a hard worker and gave her all to her family.

She is survived by her children, Mike (Mary) Everson of Grayling, Ron (Phyllis) Everson of Cocoa FL, Deana (Lionel) Richardson of Lewiston, Eva Lisa Nichols of Frederick and Tamara (Wayne) Mott of Grayling; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean in 2004; her parents; and her son, Dennis Everson.

A memorial service will take place Friday, June 7, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Frederic Township Hall.
