Leualla Marie Carter, 80 of Cheboygan, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Hospice Of The Straits Hospice House in Cheboygan. Memorial services will be held at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Cheboygan. Complete arrangements are pending and will be announced soon.
