Lois Eileen McCauley

Lois E. McCauley, 89 of Wolverine, MI, and Tulsa, OK, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Born in Tower, MI., on May 11, 1934, she was the daughter of William and Ruth (Kittle) Dunbar.

Lois loved playing cards and visiting family. She took care of many people through her AFC home and took care of all sorts of animals through the years. Lois loved to cook and make baked goods. She was generous and helped anyone that was in need, she will be missed.

She is survived by her children, Lyle (Sharon) McCauley, Mary (Bill) Lewis, Betty McCauley, David (Muffie) McCauley, Jason (Celia) McCauley and Linda McCauley; 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and her sister, Esther (John) Hargar.

She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Lyle McCauley; parents, Ruth and William Dunbar; siblings, Roy Dunbar, Evelyn Brink, Raymond Dunbar, Clayton Dunbar, Elaine Floeter, Larry Dunbar and Lloyd Dunbar.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, June 16, 2023, at Wolverine Free Methodist Church where visitation will begin at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at Silver Lake Cemetery in Wolverine.
