Michael J Sackrider

Michael Joseph Sackrider, 61 of Wolverine, MI passed away, Thursday, January 10, 2013, at Hiland Cottage in Petoskey, MI. He was born April 11, 1951 in Grayling, MI, the son of Wash and Mary K. (Murray) Sackrider. He grew up and attended schools in both Michigan and Kansas. He worked and lived in many places, spending his last years living in Wolverine, MI. Michael was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Mary Ann Wittebrodt; one niece and three nephews. Surviving is a son, Charles (Kristi) Godfrey and two grandchildren Gabriel and Addie, all of Saule Rapids, MN. Also surviving are two brothers, Charles (Mary) Sackrider of Wolverine, MI and Robert (April) Sackrider of Allen Park, MI; four sisters, Barbara (Dave) Hulen of Lincoln, NE, Kay (Phil) Anguiano of Abilene, KS, Jane Lawson of Rochester, MI, Pat (Dave) Anguiano of Abilene, KS; many nieces and nephews, two aunts, one uncle, many cousins and friends. According to his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
