Norman C. Cutshall Jr.

Norman Conrad Cutshall, Jr. of Petoskey passed away peacefully Sunday, May 31, 2026. He was 100 years old.

Born in Detroit, Michigan on May 29, 1926, Norman was the son of Norman Sr. and Bessie Cutshall. He grew up in Detroit where he graduated from Redford High School in 1944, and immediately joined the Navy to serve in World War II. In 1968, Norman and his wife Madilyn and young children moved from Detroit to Petoskey where he resided ever since.

He is survived by his sons Bruce Cutshall and Scott Corbin; grandchildren Melynie Dann, Melissa Dann-Storm, Matthew Cutshall, Jacob Cutshall, Kevin Corbin, Aidan Corbin and Olivia Corbin; and ten great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Lloyd, his wife Madilyn and daughter Dani Dann.
