Robin Jedrzejek

Robin Ann Jedrzejek, 68 of Gaylord, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, April 3, 2026

The daughter of Joseph and Evelyn (Mack) Mallison, Robin was born in Wyandotte, Michigan on August 15, 1957. She graduated from Avondale High School and furthered her education after high school, eventually receiving her MBA from Purdue University.

Throughout her life, she lived in many places, eventually retiring to her dream home on Lake Otsego in Gaylord, MI.

Robin worked as a procurement analyst at TACOM, a civilian position working with the U.S. military. Prior to this, she had also worked as an enrollment counselor at the University of Phoenix.

In her spare time, Robin enjoyed crafting; she was known for making decorative lighted bottles and yard art. She enjoyed the outdoors and wildlife, especially bird watching and had a beautiful collection of glass birds. She also enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, tending to her house plants, and kayaking out on the lake.

She is survived by her children, Jennifer Jedrzejek of Moses Lake, WA, and Michael Jedrzejek of Redmond, WA; a sister, Janet DiPirro of Kalkaska, MI; a brother, Dale (Laurie) Mallison of Gilbert, AZ; nieces, Katy (Michael) Capizzo of China Twp, MI, Kelsey DiPirro of Chicago, IL, and Haley (Charles) Patterson of Gilbert, AZ; and a nephew, Alex (Samantha) Mallison of Columbus, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Evelyn Mallison.

A celebration of Robins' life will be held on June 6, 2026, at her home. Those who wish are asked to consider memorial contributions in her name to T.A.C.K.L.E. van, through the Otsego County United Way.
