Roger D Talley

Roger D. Talley, 59 of Gaylord, died at home surrounded by his family on Monday, August 19, 2013. Born in Pontiac, MI on March 4, 1954, Roger was the son of D.L. and Inez (Jude) Talley. He worked as a truck driver for many years. Roger was an avid bowler, enjoyed playing golf and poker and watching wrestling on television. He is survived by his spouse and companion, Kathryn Hazlip of Gaylord; a daughter, Sonisee (Jason) Reed of Roscommon; a son, Shannon (Jennifer) Talley of Gaylord; grandchildren Miranda Reed, Jason Reed, Elizabeth Talley, Victoria Talley and Gwendolyn Talley; a sister, Julia Talley of Lebanon, OH; brothers, Randy (Sue) Talley of Pontiac and Charles Talley of Harrison, MT and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services for Roger will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Gaylord Community Funeral Home, 850 North Center Ave. with Pastor A.
