Royce "Buck" Abbe Jr

Royce L. “Buck” Abbe Jr., 57 of Gaylord, died on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. Born on November 13, 1956 in Alpena, Buck was the son of Royce and Rosella (Cohoon) Abbe. Buck worked in the timber and logging industry and he was an avid hunter. Survivors include his daughter, Paige Cheney; a son, Aaron Abbe; sisters, Fran (Dave) Brink, Sue Abbe, Gina Abbe and Tawnee (Michael) Green; a brother, Scott (Sherry) Abbe; twelve nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Janie Foltz and a niece, Mindy Hendrickson. Buck’s family will remember him with a family gathering.
