Sharon Josephine Miller, a beloved wife, sister, aunt and esteemed member of her community, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at The Porches in Gaylord, Michigan at the age of 87. Born on February 7, 1938, in Marathon, Wisconsin, Sharon’s journey through life was marked by dedication, warmth, and an unyielding commitment to those she loved.

As a graduate of Newman High School in Wausau, Sharon laid the groundwork for a life filled with learning and growth. She embarked on a successful career as a Loan Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, where her professionalism and expertise earned her the respect of both colleagues and clients alike. Her work exemplified her integrity and commitment, and she took great pride in helping others secure their financial dreams.

For 63 wonderful years, Sharon was married to her cherished husband, Arthur. Their love was a testament to devotion and companionship, a deep bond that served as an inspiration to all who knew them. Together, they built a beautiful life, filled with shared memories, laughter, and unwavering support for one another.

Sharon’s legacy is one of love and nurturing, reflected in the lives she touched as a confidante and a friend. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. As we remember her today, let us carry forward her spirit of kindness, her dedication to family, and the love she shared with the world around her.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur; her twin sister, Susanne Wallen of Washington; her sister, Shirley Storlie of California; her nephews and nieces, David (Jeni) Miller, Douglas Miller, Dolores Miller all of Gaylord; Haldyn Wallen and Grady Wallen of Washington, Eric Storlie of California and Shannon Sere of Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus and Irene Wanta and her nephew, Daniel Miller.

The family will remember Sharon privately.
