Shirley J. Breaugh, 63 of Mancelona Township, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2026, at McLaren Northern Michigan in Petoskey.
Born February 17, 1963, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, she was the daughter of Richard and Betty (Holton) Farr. Shirley grew up in Taylor, Michigan and was a graduate of Truman High School. The company the hospitals contracted with, IMO from Rosemont, IL, was so impressed with her skills, they eventually hired Shirley and she became a lead coder, working with a team of IMO employees who worked from their homes around the country, sharing laughs and having fun along the way and always looked forward to their trips to Chicago, where Shirley got to be with her mapping team.
In her spare time, Shirley enjoyed hunting with her dad and Walleye fishing, water skiing, and especially, time with her family that included family vacation trips.
