Tammra Lee Stout-Smith

Tammra Lee Stout-Smith, 61 of Elmira, passed away at home on Monday, March 30, 2026 after a lifelong battle with Cystic Fibrosis.

Born on July 23, 1964 in Adrian, Tammy grew up in Sand Creek, Michigan and graduated from Tecumseh High School in.

She furthered her education at Jackson Community College, where she received an Associates Degree in Accounting. Tammy worked for several years at Tecumseh Products as an accountant, until her health forced an early retirement.

On July 7, 2012, Tammy and Michael Smith were marred in Lenawee County where they lived until moving to Elmira last year.

Always an outdoors lover, Tammy enjoyed playing golf, 4-wheeling and kayaking. An animal lover, Tammy especially lover her dogs and cats.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Michael; her mother and step-father, Linda and Ned Rosacrans of Elmira; her brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Teresa Stout of Eagle Creek, Oregon; and her niece and her husband, Breanne and Bobby Beck, of Sandy, Oregon.

Those who wish are asked to consider memorial contributions in her memory to
Mott Children's Hospital, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
