Teresa L. Migda

Teresa Louise Migda, age 70, peacefully passed away on August 9, 2025, surrounded by her loving husband and family at her home in Petoskey, Michigan. Born on February 9, 1955, in Cheboygan, MI, to Harold and Blanche (Marsh) Fish, Teresa was a beacon of love and kindness throughout her life. She married her devoted husband, Steven, on February 9, 1973, marking the beginning of a cherished partnership that spanned more than 52 wonderful years. Teresa was an active member of the Harbor Light Christian Church and dedicated her career to helping others as a medical assistant in the healthcare field. Teresa had a zest for life and found joy in her many passions, including horseback riding and creating lasting memories with her grandchildren—Brady, Olivia, Coen, and Shae. Her family was her pride and joy, and she cherished each moment spent with them.

Teresa is survived by her beloved husband, Steven Migda; her son, Caleb (Brooke) Migda of Charlevoix; her brothers, Jeff Fish, Pat Fish, Dan Fish; and her sister, Cathy Fish. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, whose lives she touched so profoundly. Preceding her in death were her parents, Harold and Blanche Fish, and her sister, Peggy Fish. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at Epsilon Community Church, 8251 E. Mitchell Rd., Petoskey, with light refreshments to follow.
