Timothy Rea Hunt

 Timothy "Tim" Rea Hunt, 66 of Vanderbilt, passed away at home on Friday March 20, 2026

Tim was born on August 1, 1959 in Gaylord Michigan to Wesley Ray Hunt and Maxine Almeda(Kreger) Hunt. 

Tim worked with his father in construction through out his life. He was raised in Gaylord Michigan as one of five children. Tim enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting and rides on the backroads of the Pigeon river and playing his guitar listening to music. 

He is survived by his siblings, Michael (Lori) Hunt, Gail (Greg) Tulgetske, Janice (Michael Wells) Hunt, Jeffrey Hunt. His nephews, Jeremy Tulgetske, Scott Tulgetske, Caleb Tulgetske, Brandon Clear, Gabriel Clear, Justin Hunt, Wayne Hunt and nieces, Stephanie Litrun and Lori Hewitt. 

Tim was preceded in death by his parents Wesley Ray Hunt and Maxine Almeda Hunt. 

The family has chosen to remember him privately.
