Valerie L. Weber

Valerie L. Weber, 58 of Gaylord, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital. Born in Onaway, MI on January 21, 1963, she was the daughter of Neil and Janet (Klein) Berry.

On April 18, 1980 she married the love of her life, Rick. Together they raised three children and had a wonderful life together. Valerie obtained her associate degree in accounting. She worked as an Administrator at Mayfair Plastics for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed mushroom hunting, elk shed searching and was an avid puddin stone collector. When she was in the Pigeon she felt at home, always planning her next best camping spot.

She is survived by her husband Rick of 41 years; her three children, Ricky (Caterina) Weber, Amanda Weber and Tyler Weber all of Gaylord; three grandchildren, Zach, Ruby and Lucy; her parents, Neil and Janet Berry of Vanderbilt; her siblings, Irene (Keith) Denton of Grand Rapids, Marilyn (Rick) Cole of Vanderbilt and Neil Berry of Gaylord; and her father-in-law, Jim Weber.

She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Jackie Weber.

A memorial service will take place 11:00 AM Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service where the family will visit with friends beginning at 9:00 AM.
